Worksheet use and your content

You may download, print and use generated worksheets in your teaching, including paid tutoring and classroom lessons. You retain rights in content you submit and permit us to process it to provide the service. Only submit content you have the right to use. You may not resell the LessonMint service, redistribute its software or sell our curated example collection as your own. Review vocabulary, answer keys and suitability before sharing; no learning outcome is guaranteed.

Accounts and acceptable use

Use an email you control, keep your credentials private and be legally able to enter into these terms. A verified account is needed to save projects. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not submit unlawful material, student personal data, infringe intellectual-property rights, bypass limits, abuse automated access or attempt to access another account.

Limits and service availability

Free guest generation and verified-account project saving remain available subject to published limits. Generation, exports, saved archive storage and concurrent operations are bounded; batch variants consume their respective allowances. Keep downloaded copies of important materials. Availability and support for every historical document schema are not guaranteed. We may suspend abusive or unlawful use; contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect.

Planned Teacher Pro subscriptions

The planned prices are $7 USD per month or $59 USD per year, billed upfront for the selected period. Each subscription will renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before renewal. Applicable tax/VAT, the final total, included features and limits, billing frequency and renewal conditions will be shown before purchase. No subscription is currently sold or activated. Pro checkout will remain disabled until the paid features and published limits are ready.

Payment provider

We plan to use Paddle as Merchant of Record, subject to provider approval. For purchases completed through Paddle, the relevant Paddle entity identified at checkout and on the receipt will sell and process the transaction; its buyer terms will also apply to the transaction. LessonMint will provide the software service and product support. We do not collect or store payment-card details. Creating an account does not authorise payment.

Cancellation, refunds and downgrade

When paid subscriptions are available, use the management link in your purchase confirmation to cancel or contact hello@getlessonmint.com for help. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our linked Refund and cancellation policy, including a 14-day full-refund offer for initial and renewal charges. A full refund ends paid access for the refunded period. Downgrade applies Free limits to new operations without automatically deleting existing saved materials.

Responsibility and support

LessonMint is a preparation tool, not a substitute for a teacher’s professional judgment. We will use reasonable care in providing the service. We do not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limit statutory remedies for defective or undelivered paid services. Changes and consumer rights

We may update these terms and the service, publishing the effective date here. Material changes to paid plans or renewal pricing will be communicated before taking effect, with the option to cancel future renewal. We will not retroactively charge for Free use. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights; these terms do not impose an exclusive foreign court or remove protections available where you live.
